    I have really enjoyed this site! I love all different types of music & do find I listen to music that fits my mood.
    I never truly thought about the different genre’s as you have them listed for different types of anxiety. Pretty cool and I will be bookmarking this page so I can access them frequently.

      Hello Maureen, Thanks for visiting and for bookmarking us. Mood music is great and I usually try for the more relaxed mood. Anxiety and/or panic attacks can be managed and when you have a great set of music to help, managing is a little easier. The different instruments are all favorites and I thought it would be fun to just look at each as a stand alone. Glad you enjoyed!
